SWAG

Elevating Team Unity & Pride

↓ The Problem

At Meta, employee swag isn’t just merchandise; it’s a way to celebrate community, express identity, and bring the brand to life beyond the screen. The goal was to rethink swag as wearable design—something employees would actually want to wear, not just receive.

↓ My Role

As part of the Employee Experience team, I helped design branded apparel that balanced aesthetic appeal with cultural resonance. From exploring bold patterns and seasonal themes to refining logo placement and garment color, each piece was created to feel elevated, wearable, and rooted in Meta’s ethos. I worked cross-functionally with sourcing, brand, and events teams to bring these collections to life.

↓Business Impact

The swag became a highly visible part of Meta’s internal culture, sparking conversation, encouraging team pride, and making employees feel more connected to the company's mission. It also helped shape how internal design work is perceived: as thoughtful, impactful, and experiential.

↓ Next Steps & Success Metrics

We gauged success through employee adoption, post-event feedback, and visibility across internal launches and summits. Requests for custom swag grew across orgs, and future plans included seasonal collections and team-specific drops based on event themes.

The SWAG designed by our team at Meta transcends the traditional boundaries of corporate merchandise. It embodies style, quality, and a deep sense of connection to our brand, making it not just a logo on a product but a symbol of personal and collective identity that every employee proudly embraces, both inside and outside the office.
