With the launch of Threads in July 2023, Meta aimed to establish a strong, consistent presence for its messaging products on this new platform. The goal was to use thoughtful, on-brand storytelling to build community and engagement from day one.

As part of the internal design team, I created social media assets to introduce and support Messenger’s voice on Threads. Each post was designed to reflect Meta’s tone while driving connection and clarity, balancing brand consistency with platform-native creativity.

The visuals contributed to Messenger’s growing presence on Threads and helped build early awareness and cohesion across Meta’s broader messaging surfaces. The content sparked engagement while aligning visually with existing campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.

We monitored performance through likes, shares, and follower growth. Insights from the launch phase helped shape future content strategies for the platform as more teams began to join and scale their presence on Threads.
