meta wide internal branding

Elevating Collaboration and Consistency Across Teams

↓ The Problem

Internal teams across Meta often needed to communicate big ideas quickly, but lacked access to cohesive, flexible branding tools. Many were using outdated templates or inconsistent visuals, leading to fragmented communication and a diluted brand experience.

↓ My Role

As part of the Employee Experience team, I designed multiple dynamic brand kits for Meta-wide internal programs. I created versatile color palettes, logo variations, and accessible typography systems that allowed each team to express their identity while maintaining brand cohesion. I also built out presentation templates, banners, and social-ready layouts, accompanied by clear usage guidelines.

↓Business Impact

The brand kits empowered non-designers to create polished, professional materials independently. Teams across Meta adopted them for everything from all-hands decks to onboarding materials, resulting in faster asset creation and more consistent internal storytelling.

↓ Next Steps & Success Metrics

We tracked success through kit adoption, internal feedback, and reduced design support requests. Several teams began localizing and expanding the kits for region-specific needs, and the system became a foundation for future internal branding initiatives.

The presentations I designed for Meta's internal teams are a testament to dynamic visual storytelling. They're not your typical corporate slides; they are immersive journeys that captivate the audience from the very beginning.

By integrating cutting-edge graphic design techniques, multimedia elements, and user-centric interactivity, these presentations break free from the mold of boring corporate presentations and become powerful tools for communication and learning within the organization.
