INTERNAL WEBSITE

(WIKI) REDESIGN

↓ The Problem

The Wiki is Meta’s central internal publishing platform–used by every employee to access key resources, documentation, and org-wide updates. With content constantly evolving, the design needed to feel intuitive, consistent, and approachable for new hires and longtime employees alike.

↓ My Role

I contributed to the visual redesign of the Wiki, focusing on creating a clean, minimal, and welcoming interface. I applied Meta’s updated brand system, refining color usage, typography, and iconography to ensure accessibility and visual consistency. The goal was to make the experience feel effortless and human across every touchpoint.

↓Business Impact

The redesign improved usability, especially for new hires navigating Meta’s complex ecosystem for the first time. The new design system reduced visual clutter and provided teams with a clearer framework for organizing and publishing internal content.

↓ Next Steps & Success Metrics

We gathered feedback from employees during onboarding flows and internal surveys. Key indicators of success included faster content discoverability, improved time-on-page, and increased satisfaction with overall Wiki navigation and readability.

To protect Meta’s information Policy, all the original information in the mock-ups and prototypes was replaced to dummy copy. As an Employee, it’s my responsibility to properly handle and protect Meta’s data.
